Students of Undergraduate level and apprentices on relevant courses of study are welcome to attend the show. Please register via the normal registration process, ensuring to select yourself as a student.

Yes, the show is free to attend and your ticket gives you access the co-located events, including Melbourne Build Expo, the Fire Safety Event Australia, and the Security Event Australia.

Yes, you may register on arrival to the show. We do advise that all visitors take the opportunity to pre-register via the show website.

When you pre-register you'll receive a confirmation email. Please collect your badge from our registration kiosks onsite.

If you wish to edit your registration details, please email us at marketing@melbournebuildexpo.com.

Your ticket allows you access to the whole event on both days, as well as the co-located events, including Melbourne Build Expo, the Fire Safety Event Australia, and the Security Event Australia.

Please go to the registration desks and they will print your ticket for you.

Wilson Parking operates a secure underground car park at the Exhibition Centre. There are 20 dedicated accessible car parking bays within the Melbourne Exhibition Centre Basement Car Park, the car park entry is located on Normanby Road. All accessible car parks are located near doors 1, 6, and 10 which also have access to vertical lifts. You can book a discounted car spot online at Wilson Parking. Accessible car parking bays often fill up quickly, so we highly recommend pre-booking.

Yes, there are cloakrooms available at MCEC. Visit the Customer Service desk at Convention Centre Place, and the friendly staff will happily assist you.

Need cash? ATMs are conveniently located on the concourse of Melbourne Exhibition Centre near Door 4.

If you require a visa to attend InstallerSHOW Melbourne, we strongly recommend beginning the application process as early as possible to ensure your visa is granted in time for the event.

Visa application procedures for entering Australia can be strict and processing times may vary depending on your country of origin. All applicants are responsible for submitting their own visa application directly to the relevant Australian authority and for following up accordingly. The InstallerSHOW Melbourne team is unable to intervene in the visa process, follow up on applications, or correspond directly with embassies or consulates on your behalf.

A Visa Support Letter will only be issued to confirmed exhibitors who have been formally invited by InstallerSHOW Melbourne or who have paid their exhibition registration fee in full.

The Visa Support Letter will confirm the event name, date, and location, and state whether the individual is participating as a speaker or exhibitor. It will not imply financial sponsorship or act as a guarantee for entry into Australia.

InstallerSHOW Melbourne reserves the right not to issue a Visa Support Letter in certain circumstances, even where the above conditions have been met. Exhibition fees are non-refundable in the event that a visa is not granted.

AT THE SHOW

On arrival at the show, show maps will be available to collect at the entrance.

No, our conferences, networking sessions, and workshops are run on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise that visitors arrive at the seminars in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment.

At InstallerSHOW Melbourne, we are proud to be able to offer a CPD-accredited educational programme designed to provide expert insight and learnings for professionals. There will be a QR code on the screen of each session that you will be able to scan in order to gain CPD points.
